John Newton – Owner
Columbia Valley resident for 25 years. Under John’s leadership, HCP has become the industry leader in vacation rental management and marketing services in the Columbia Valley. John oversees organization structure, human resources, and assists in establishing, implementing and analyzing short and long range organizational goals.

Ken Csokonay – Owner
Ken has been HCP’s accountant since the company’s inception. As a CGA with over 30 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Ken oversees the many aspects of HCP’s day to day operations with a primary focus on the financial aspects of the company.

Julie Neville – General Manager
A Columbia Valley resident for 18 years, Julie brings with her many years of management experience which includes 25 years of employee supervision, guiding, administration, human resources, event planning, sales & marketing and management. With an associate degree in journalism, Julie recognizes the importance of effective communication when managing people, properties and procedures.

Heather Fullerton – Operations Manager
A Columbia Valley resident for 13 years, Heather brings 8 years of professional experience working in customer service and property management to the HCP team. Heather is responsible for all areas of property services including home inspection, facilitating quotes and upgrades, and communicating property needs to home owners.

Francine Feldmann – Assistant Operations Manager
A Columbia Valley Resident for 20 years, Francine is responsible for scheduling the housekeeping team and assisting to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all properties for our guests and home owners.

Bjorn Billehaug – Marketing and Sales Manager
A Columbia Valley resident for 2 years, Bjorn has Bachelor of Recreation Management Degree with a minor in Business from the University of Manitoba. Bjorn directs all aspects of marketing, advertising, and public relations for High Country Properties. Bjorn is also responsible for both individual and group sales, and manages the full-time HCP Reservations team.

A Columbia Valley resident for 3 years, Becky has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Events Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. Becky provides “Legendary Customer Service” to our guests and home owners.
