Fernie winter activities

Snowmobile Tours
Prestige Snowmobile Tours offer 3-hour morning and afternoon trips, full-day trips (6 hours), and 2-hour evening tours. Tours include guides, refreshments, and all equipment.
Cat Skiing
Enjoy the thrill of backcountry skiing 10,000-12,000 vertical feet in one day without the effort of climbing. After only a 15-minute shuttle to the Lodge and set-up, you’ll ride in a snowcat to the ski lodge for about 45 minutes. Return time is between 4:00-4:30 p.m.
Cat-skiing/boarding terrain is predominantly gladed tree skiing and occasional tree bands leading into open chutes. Available terrain is dependent on current weather and safety conditions and group ability. Note that where any climate is uncontrolled, some alterations to daily plans may be necessary to provide the safest experience. Day rates include guided skiing, lunch and use of avalanche transceivers; excludes transportation to and from the lodge and fat ski rentals (if required).
