Snowshoe Tours
Travel by chairlift to the mountain top. Enjoy a scenic, interpretive snowshoe tour down the historical Northstar Mountain, and discover how Kimberley came to be. Snacks and drinks provided. Available 7 days a week. Meet at the resort rental shop.
Ride the chairlift up the mountain, and take a 30-minute tour on snowshoes, then enjoy an amazing chocolate fondue in the mountain-top Kootenay Haus. The evening ends with a comfortable ride down the chairlift returning to the base around 8:30pm. Available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Meet at the resort rental shop at 6:30pm. Ability Level: Beginner
Dog Sledding
Adrenaline Dog Tours welcomes you to a ten minute tour on the trails of Kimberley Alpine Resort. If this tour leaves you yearning for more, they also offer 1 hour tours on the trails of Trickle Creek Golf Resort. This 6 km tour will open your eyes to the sport of dog sledding. Phone 250-427-3308
Nordic Skiing
The Kimberley Nordic Club trail network consists of a variety of double track set trails with centre skating lanes, the longest loop being 7 km, there are also 5 km and 3 km loops.
