• Booking tee times

  With so many amazing courses, there are countless decisions and phone calls to make. We have been coordinating golf packages and booking tee times for over 20 years. We deal directly with each golf course and have the ability to access a valley-wide, tee sheet. We charge you the same as what you would pay at the course, so let us take the hassle out of booking tee times. All it takes is One Call to Play Them All! Please Note: Tee times must be booked at least 48hrs in advance.

• Ordering lift tickets

  Nothing is worse than waiting in line to purchase your lift tickets while everyone else is hitting the slopes. So, don’t! Not only can we save you money on lift tickets, but we can also pre-order them for you so they are ready for pick-up upon your arrival. Please contact us to order lift tickets at Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, and Panorama Mountain Village, and ask us how you can save money on your lift tickets. Please Note: Tickets must be ordered 7 days in advance. All prices are in Canadian funds, and are subject to 12% HST.

• Spa appointments

  Skiing and golf are what attract most people to the Columbia Valley, but we know that escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life and taking time to relax is just as important. There is no better place to pamper yourself then at Fusion Wellness Spa. Fusion is the Valley’s newest day spa and offers a wide variety of treatments that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and re-charged. Contact our office to book your spa treatment today!

• Grocery delivery

  Vacations are about escaping your day to day routine, not spending more time in a crowded grocery store. Take comfort in knowing that your fridge and cupboards will be stocked when you arrive. Contact our Guest Services Team to learn more about our grocery delivery service in Fairmont Hot Springs, Invermere on the Lake, Panorama Mountain Village, Radium Hot Springs, and Windermere. Groceries must be ordered 10 days in advance of your arrival date and are subject to a delivery fee. Simply fill in our user-friendly online shopping list. Please be as specific as possible. If your preferences are unavailable, a comparable product will be substituted. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required.
