Although they are diverse in many ways, the investors share one thing in common – a tremendous passion for Panorama Mountain Village. Led by Rick Jensen, they have plans to operate, grow and further develop the resort which is already a leading year-round recreational destination, into one of the best family-focused mountain resorts in Canada. The best snow cover in recent memory has made this a red-letter day for the official start of the season at Panorama Mountain Village –- the full 4,000 vertical feet is ready for skiers and riders.
With a 29” (72cm) summit base and 77 trails and bowls skiable, including powder spots like Taynton Bown, the Extreme Dream Zone and Sun bowl, conditions are excellent and likely to be even better after an expected snowfall this weekend. [Read more]
